What To Expect When You Visit

Come just as you are.

If you're visiting Southern Hills for the first time, we want you to know that there is no dress code, no expectation to have everything figured out, and no need to feel like you have to fit a certain mold. You'll find people worshiping in everything from dresses and Sunday clothes to jeans and T-shirts. Come as you are, and come ready to worship.

We are a small congregation, and we believe that means you shouldn't have to walk through the doors feeling like a stranger. If you'd rather have someone sit with you, just let us know. We'd be happy to welcome you, introduce you around, and help you find your way.

And bring the little ones! Children are welcome in our worship service. We believe families belong together, and we don't expect perfectly quiet children or perfectly still babies. If your little one needs a break, we offer a nursery for our youngest children, and our Mother's Room is located at the back of the sanctuary. The room provides a quiet, private space for nursing, comforting a fussy baby, or simply taking a moment while still being able to see and hear the sermon.
